Full Council Haslemere Town Council holds six Full Council meetings a year to which members of the public are welcome to attend. Click here to see the schedule of meetings 2019-2020.
At Full Council, the committees and sub-committees report their minutes and recommendations to be ratified. Councillors may also report to Council any updates from the organisations where they represent the Town Council.

The Amenities, Planning & Highways, Finance & Audit and Grants Committees are all open to the public. The Staffing Committee is held in exempt due to the confidential nature of the issues discussed.

ANNUAL TOWN MEETING
The Annual Town Meeting takes place every March and is a meeting for the Mayor of Haslemere and the Town Clerk to update the community of any local issues. It is also a chance for the public to raise any questions they may have on issues that are affecting the town. The next meeting is the 11th May 2020,
